Arita-Poulson
General contracting, LLC was founded by Daryl S. Arita and Robert G. Poulson.
The association in the construction field began in 1979 and led to the formation
of a partnership in 1986. Initially, the company started in commercial tenant
improvements and residential construction. Within the first two years of business,
commercial construction was added to the areas of pursuit. Arita-Poulson General
Contracting LLC is presently a licensed general contracting company in the State
of Hawaii and works on all islands.
The Company believes that strong and
healthy relationships both with clients as well as inter-company personnel are
important keys to success. Many of the present employees have been employed for
seven years or more. Arita-Poulson has always stressed pride in workmanship. There
is a long history of testimony from satisfied business relations attesting to
excellence of work. The Company's capabilities are wide and flexible and offer
specialties in the following trades: concrete and masonry, structural steel, general
carpentry, millwork, cabinetry, fine finished carpentry, painting and wall papering.
