Background: I have more
than 25 years experience in the real estate industry in the areas of commercial/
industrial sales, leasing, site acquisition, development feasibility analysis,

a major Hawaii real estate developer of office buildings, shopping centers and

acquisition of a 3.25 acre site for their Maui location; 781/811 Kolu Street-
represented the buyer on a 26,403 sq. ft. mixed use commercial project in Wailuku
Industrial Park; Kihei Self Storage Center- represented the seller on a 110,000
gross sq. ft. self storage facility; Front Street- represented the seller on 14,671
sq. ft. of vacant land in Lahaina for retail development.; Kapiolani Boulevard
Consolidation- consolidation of 2 fragmented acres in Honolulu for the major owner
of the neighborhood and subsequent sale to developer; Front Street- represented
the seller for a 7,800 sq. ft. retail building; 35 Hale Kuai- represented the
seller on an 11,209 sq. ft. office building in Kihei; and represented Mana Foods
