Over the years, the
firm has been involved in a wide variety of project types including new multi-tenant
commercial, hotel and restaurant, renovations, tenant improvement, and custom
residential. Often working within Maui's Historic Districts and Country
Towns, we have had the opportunity to incorporate historic architectural reference
into many of our designs. A list of commercial and residential projects and photo/graphic

In addition to being an accomplished
designer, Steven Heller, the principal, has a strong project management background,
having worked in the past as a corporate architect in charge of project development.
He has developed excellent working relationships with governmental agencies and
with his broad experience with codes and regulations can provide our clients valuable
guidance in navigating an oftentimes difficult permit process. On the technical
side, the office is fully computerized, working on the industry standard Autocad
platform. In addition, to utilizing this technology for the preparation of construction
drawings, we have the capability of 3D computer modeling and color rendering,
an extremely effective too for analysis and presentation of design concepts. We
have strong affiliations in the fields of interior design, graphic design, architectural
rendering and cost estimating as well as established relationships with conventional
engineering consultants in all disciplines.
