the future opening of Keawe Road and the Lahaina Bypass, planned retail expansion
in the immediate vicinity, and lack of available entitled land, demand for retail
development on lots 5 & 6 is anticipated. Development of a corner retail project
will be able to attract retailers and service providers needing good visibility,
access, and a quality place to do business. This development will be the crown
