The development plan for the Kukui Grove West Commercial Center consists of a project development of lots 12 and 13 into office, retail and showroom fee simple condominium buildings. Buildings will range in size of approximately 10,600 square feet each, divided into individual unit condominiums for lease or sale.

Projects are similar to the Keawe Business Center, Phase I development on Maui.
