The Project Team for pre-development is spearheaded by Kent A. McNaughton and Mike Wright.

Michael W. Wright is the President of Michael Wright & Associates, Inc., a Maui-based firm founded in 1997, specializing in Project and Construction Management. Mr. Wright was educated at California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management.
